Official Public Offer Mercury Travel Terms & Conditions 2026

This Public Offer defines the official terms and conditions under which LLC “MERCURY TRAVELS” provides transport, travel, tourism, event, and related services. By making a payment, the Customer confirms full acceptance of this Public Offer and agrees to the terms described below.

Provider: LLC “MERCURY TRAVELS

 

1. Public Offer Terms and General Provisions

This Public Offer is an official proposal by LLC “MERCURY TRAVELS” to any individual or legal entity to enter into a service agreement. Acceptance of this Offer is carried out by making payment for the selected service. From the moment payment is received, this Offer becomes a valid agreement between the Provider and the Customer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider undertakes to deliver transport, travel, tourism, event, and related services. These may include transfers, vehicle rental with driver, guided tours, hotel coordination, event organization, itinerary planning, travel support, and other services agreed with the Customer. The Customer agrees to accept and pay for the agreed services.

3. Ordering and Payment Procedure

  • The cost and details of services are confirmed through a commercial proposal, invoice, email, messenger communication, or other written confirmation.
  • Payment may be made by bank card through the OCTO Payment System or by other agreed payment methods.
  • Payments may be accepted in Uzbek soums (UZS), US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), or other agreed currency where applicable.
  • The Customer is responsible for providing accurate payment, contact, and booking information.
  • Payment confirms acceptance of this Public Offer and all agreed service conditions.

4. Service Delivery Terms

Services are provided on the agreed date and time after payment confirmation. The Provider delivers services according to the confirmed program, itinerary, schedule, or service description. Any changes requested by the Customer must be agreed in advance and may be subject to additional charges depending on availability, supplier conditions, and operational requirements.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 14 calendar days or more before the service date 100% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 14 calendar days before the service date non-refundable.
  • In exceptional circumstances, including force majeure, partial refunds may be granted at the Provider’s discretion.
  • For specific services such as group accommodation, large-scale events, or special bookings, the cancellation period for a full refund may be 30 days or more, depending on supplier conditions.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery, including full names, contact details, travel dates, passenger information, and special requirements. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, permits, tickets, and other required documents are valid and comply with applicable travel regulations.

7. Provider Responsibilities

The Provider undertakes to organize and deliver services in accordance with agreed terms, maintaining reasonable quality standards and proper coordination between service components. The Provider may adjust certain service details when required by operational conditions, supplier availability, safety concerns, or force majeure, while aiming to preserve the overall quality and purpose of the service.

8. Liability Limitations

Mercury Travel may cooperate with third-party service providers such as hotels, transport companies, airlines, railway operators, guides, venues, and payment systems. While the Provider works with reliable partners, it is not responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or additional expenses caused by third parties, incorrect Customer information, weather conditions, border procedures, government decisions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for non-performance or delayed performance caused by force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political events, transport disruptions, border restrictions, epidemics, government regulations, technical failures, or other events beyond the Provider’s control. In such cases, the parties may discuss possible alternatives where available.

10. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure, including the OCTO Payment System where applicable. Payments may be protected by encryption protocols and 3D Secure verification. Mercury Travel does not store full bank card details on its website.

11. Confidentiality and Personal Data

Customer data is processed only for service delivery, payment processing, communication, legal compliance, and related operational purposes. The Provider does not sell Customer personal data to third parties. For more details, please review our

12. Changes and Amendments

Any changes to confirmed services requested by the Customer must be submitted in advance and approved by the Provider. Additional costs may apply if the requested changes require new bookings, supplier adjustments, route changes, extra staff, additional transport, or extended service time. The Provider reserves the right to update this Public Offer when necessary. The current version is effective from the date of publication on the website.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Public Offer shall first be resolved through negotiation between the Provider and the Customer. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
